Erkers1879 is our in-house heritage brand, focused on handcrafting, premium eyewear for over 144 years. The frames are designed using a subdued, modern color palette, blended with timeless, classic styles. We craft our eyewear using lightweight, high-quality materials, including biodegradable cellulose acetate, authentic metal rivets, surgical-grade stainless steel, and titanium.

Initially founded by our ancestors in 1879, our heritage brand encompasses the pride we take in our family's history. Each release tells a story of our family's past and the city of St. Louis. A gold emblem can be found on the temple tips of each frame, signifying the story behind the collection, and each frame is named after an area in or around the city.
